POST COVID-19 we are aware more and more people will be experiencing anxiety, children and adults may be wondering how they wil cope with the next steps. This workshop is designed to support individuals, families and schools, employers and employees around strategies to cope with anxiety.

Group and individual supervision and coaching sessions for those working with children with trauma, demand avoidance, attachment and complex needs.
Our team are available to help your organisation nurture and develop your staff by providing Continued Professional Development and Supervision.
Based on the findings in Barnardo’s Scotland report on the use of Professional or Reflective Supervision in Education, Trauma Informed Schools – Paper 2 Nicki Lawrence February 2020, we offer fortnightly supervision for each member of your team and access to independent 1-1 coaching (if required after an incident).
Autism somerset CiC take in to consideration staff well-being under the Ofsted leadership and management judgement (School Inspection Handbook (Ofsted, 2019) p64)). And by wellbeing, Ofsted includes effective staff supervision. Staff supervision is mentioned as one of the signs of successful safeguarding arrangements:
“Staff and other adults receive regular supervision and support if they are working directly and regularly with children and learners whose safety and welfare are at risk”.
Inspecting safeguarding in early years, education and skills settings (Ofsted, 2019) p10.
Our teams can collaborate on EHCPs, induction plans, education passports, anxiety plans, daily timetables and can create resources for students in preparation for attendance.
We can offer Consutlancy for Local Authorities in relation to The Local Offer, Autism, Behaviour And Trauma Pathways including Neurological Inclusion Agendas.
A 15 week course to get to know your anxiety. A course full of strategies, with an understanding of how our brain and body respond to anxiety and an opportunity to start a personal journey of self discovery.
