Welcome to the 12 Step Anxiety Program. We have created a course which explores anxiety, anger, sadness and fear and their impact on everyday life. You will learn about you, your responses and discover new ways to enhance your daily routines and interactions. During our time spent together you will meet a sponsor and become a sponsor. A sponsor is a go to person when the going gets tough and to share successes and growth with. You will acquire new skills and strategies to handle knock backs and assert yourself. Within this process a personal team will be formed which will accompany you long after the course is completed.
This program has been designed in response to being part of the Community Learning Mental Health Research Project[Office1] 2018, which shows the positive transformational impact learning, discussion and exploration of the symptoms associated with Mental Health can have on Well-being.
Today is the day to choose to change.
